Build-to-Print Capability

In addition to developing complete bespoke test solutions, TestWorks Group can also offer a ‘Build-to-Print’ capability for systems, racks and fixtures. We will work from a set of drawings if available, or can ‘reverse engineer’ the solution where documentation is either incomplete or unavailable. We can also manage obsolescence where necessary – in a recent example, a number of rack connectors, previously fitted to some undocumented ‘paddle’ PCBs had become obsolete – we suggested to our customer an alternative method of achieving the same connectivity using standard, off-the-shelf National Instruments connector blocks and cables. This was approved by the customer and performed identically to the original solution. TestWorks also recently successfully reproduced a series of functional test fixtures, working from limited documentation.
