The XBim range of X-Ray systems provides an economic solution for PCA inspection of BGA’s, Connectors etc. The entry level solution is provided by the XBim 50 – benchtop system through to the top of the range XBim 130 – floor standing model. Key features of the range are detailed below.

Conceived, designed and realized for an interdisciplinary use, XBIM is a series of high performance x-ray systems for every kind of no destructive qualitative analysis. With a small footprint, these systems, can work with no interruption on three shifts and present an extremely friendly user interface that allows x-ray analysis by operators with no previous experience.

The system allows manual, semi-automatic or automatic inspection after a short self-learning program.The software permits extremely fast CSP and BGA sample analysis. A sequence of controls on the monitor allows the immediate use of filters necessary to execute the inspection on each kind of components.
